Yes, you can buy tickets online or at the door. It is strongly recommended you buy your tickets in advance. Tickets are higher at the door and VIP does sell out. See the location details for more information
Ticketing
No. We only accept digital tickets for scanning. Make sure you add them to your apple wallet or google wallet.
No. You paid us to frighten you. If you can’t finish the experiences, we’ll take it as a compliment. Like most large live events, we do not offer refunds.
No. However you can purchase single haunt tickets to go back through and experience your favorite haunted house again!
Yes, we accept visa, mastercard, apple pay and cash app at our on-site ticket off and at our online ticketing page.
On-Site / Day of Event

It depends. Do you have a fast pass or a VIP ticket? VIP jumps right to the front of the line and fast passes are rotated in every other group. If one haunt is a longer wait you can always go to experience one of the other haunts, the escape room or the evil village while you wait for the line to go down. During our September dates, the wait is usually very short. As it gets closer to Halloween, specifically on a Friday or Saturday night, the wait can be longer. The closer you come to opening time the shorter the wait.
No, these are outdoor events.
Yes, although there may be certain areas that may have to be by-passed. We do provide a character escort to make navigating the haunt easier so you get to enjoy the experience.
Yes. We do our best to have our staff watch out for you. We always have off-duty police officers at the event for your safety.
No. For the safety of our staff photography, video recording (including GoPros) are not permitted.
If you get too scared, stay calm and tell the nearest actor and they will escort you outside. Please note, we do not give refunds under any circumstances. You paid us to scare you.
Small purses and/or bags are allowed in. No backpacks and other large bags should be left in your vehicle.
Yes. Be sure to buy your parking with your tickets and if you forgot not to worry you can pay via card or cash at the entrance.
Each haunt has a different level of thrill and length of time. You will easily spend at least an hour inside of the haunts.

The maximum group size is 8 people, but please keep in mind that this is a self-paced show and not everyone travels the same speed when scared. Especially on busy nights, some groups may meet up inside the haunt however, the show is designed to handle a large volume of people each night with maximum scares and entertainment for everyone. Please always continue moving forward inside the haunt; you never know where the next scare might come from!
NO. The actors will not touch you. Please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur, as they do get very close and our houses are purposely dark and disorienting but they will not touch you.
Who Should / Shouldn’t Attend
No. We recommend Evil Unleashed for ages 10 & up. However, we will not allow under the age of 5. It is largely up to you as a parent to know what your child can handle. Also, remember that each guest has to be able to walk on their own (we are wheelchair accessible). Parental discretion is advised.
Enter at your own risk. We have numerous fog effects throughout the houses as well as strobe lights, loud noises, vertigo tunnel, latex and various attractions that could inadvertently cause harm.
No. As much as we love our furry friends, the environment at Evil Unleashed is definitely not one they would enjoy. Even well trained service animals are not effectively prepared for the environment that a haunted house presents. For the safety of our guests and staff, animals of any kind will not be permitted to join you in your Evil Unleashed experience.
We do not recommend pregnant women go through the haunted houses. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.
No. Everyone who goes through must walk and children can NOT be carried. If they’re too young to walk they’re too young, period. Evil Unleashed contains moist & uneven walking surfaces and areas of total darkness. It is not safe or wise to carry a small child. Please use your discretion as a parent before purchasing a ticket for your child. Like many large events we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Miscellaneous
The event is outdoors so please dress warmly and be prepared for the weather. The grounds and parking lots can be slippery, uneven, and wet. Long pants and sturdy shoes are highly recommended. Flip flops, opened toed shoes and high heels are a really really bad idea no matter how good it makes your outfit look.
Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, touching the actors, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc…. We reserve the right to refuse the admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head!!!
Yes, MOST costumes are welcomed. However, please be aware of the following safety restrictions: NO masks or helmets may be worn. NO oversized costumes such as stilts or inflatables. NO handheld props or costume pieces. If our staff advises against any costumes or costume pieces you will have to change or leave certain costume elements in your car before entering Evil Unleashed.
